What’s going on with The Queen Of Soul Aretha Franklin? Franklin is sick again with an undisclosed illness. She has cancelled numerous concert dates, and she has asked her fans to keep her in prayer. Franklin says she is getting better, and hopes to be back on the road soon.

Is the Marvin Gaye Estate and family owed money? Singer Robin Thicke has the hottest song of the year with Blurred Lines, but the late Marvin Gaye's family feels they should be compensated because Blurred Lines sounds very similar Gaye's 1977 Motown classic Got To Give It Up. Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and T.I. have filed a federal lawsuit to protect their interests in the song Blurred Lines. They claim they didn’t copy anyone's composition. The suit names Marvin Gaye's Estate and Bridgeport Music. Bridgeport owns  many Funkadelic songs,
and they noted how Blurred Lines sounds like Funkadelic's Sexy Ways. George Clinton has taken to twitter to say he doesn't believe there's a similarity and supports Robin Thicke. Meanwhile, Marvin Gaye, III says the lawsuit just means Thicke and company want the Gaye family to bow down and give up.

Toni Braxton is coming to Atlantic City this Saturday at the Trump Taj Mahal. At a recent concert appearance, she had a major wardrobe malfunction when her dress fell off exposing her butt. Bobbi Kris has dropped out of the UK version of Celebrity Big Brother. Bobbi Kris was supposed to be a part of the cast of the reality show, but she backed out at the last minute. Sources say her fiancé and former play brother Nick Gordon totally controls Bobbi Kris, and he
felt it wouldn’t be a good look for her. Gordon has placed himself front and center in Bobbi Kris' life. With her mother, the late Whitney Houston, gone and her estranged relationship with her dad, Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kris is letting all the decisions be made by Gordon. Bobbi Kris is also on the outs with other family members, even rebuffing an offer from her grandmother, Cissy Houston, to repair their relationship. Bobbi Kris is still angry with her grandmother after she wrote a book about her mother Whitney Houston. The Houston family is worried that Nick Gordon is just using Bobbi Kris to get to her inheritance.

Singer Kelly Price is having regrets about being on the show R&B Divas LA., which airs on TV ONE. Price has come across as a controlling bully on the show, and her portrayal has shocked a lot of her fans. Sources say the show is taking a toll on her health because she
doesn't like her image on the show. Is Price being treated unfairly? Are the producers to blame? Is Price letting the show tear her down? R&B Divas also stars Singers Chante Moore, Claudette Ortiz, Dawn Robinson, Michel'le and Rapper Lil' Mo. Dawn Robinson, formerly of En
Vogue, recently spoke out about the show. She said producers told the cast they were boring, and they need to spice things up. Are the conflicts staged, and are celebrities trading in their souls for these shows?
